Hybrid event platform
This online event platform allows a lot of things to be combined and accessed in 1 live stream to attendees.
It consists of 3 parts:
- The event site : a live example of an event site can be found here https://html.sonorent.be . This may include the following items:
- online registration and ticket sales,
- secure login for participants,
- unlimited content blocks such as calendar, FAQs, etc.
- online chat that allows to provide technical support where needed but also to create interaction with the visitor (for questions ...)
- and even a reservation system for 1-on-1 meetings
- The studios :
- our live studio in Ghent provides a complete professional sound, camera and lighting system
- mobile teams that place the necessary equipment in any location to create mobile studios.
- The livestream :
- during the event, we use a highly sophisticated broadcast system to seamlessly integrate all onsite and offsite footage into 1 smooth, high-quality live stream that can be accessed both through the event site but is also available via a direct link (so that it can be embedded into the company or artist's existing website, for example)

- a live welcome speech from the marketing manager at the studio in Ghent
- a speech by the CEO in country X
- playing some pre-recorded videos
- live zoom calls, including interaction with the studio audience
- a presentation by the country manager at headquarters in Brussels
